Rose Garden Hotel Apartments - Al Barsha, Near Metro Station

Location and service were amazing! It is literally 5 minutes walk to Mashreq metro, with many restaurants and shops around. Staff at this hotel is extraordinarily professional and friendly. I stay in many hotels for my work, it is not very often that I mee such professional staff. Abdul from housekeeping and Naif from reception were very helpful (if I remember the names correctly). overall, housekeeping team and reception team helped a lot, anything I would request would be delivered to my room within minutes.

The room and bathroom were very clean and had been nicely upgraded compared to my previous stay. Staff were very helpful in storing my luggage prior to check in times being in the afternoon. Food and supermarkets were conveniently located next to the accomodation and Mashreq metro station is only 5-10 minutes away by walk. Extremely convenient and only one stop away from Mall of the Emirates by metro.

I am currently staying in Room 507. The size of this 1 bedroom apart is very spacious. The staff here is exceptional. Very friendly and always willing to help. In particular I'd like to mention Mustafa who is cleaning my room on a daily basis and did a stellar job. He did not cut any corners and always had a smile on his face. I'd also like to mention the staff at the reception (unfortunately I don't remember all their names) who were always very helpful and accommodating. Just earlier today their IT manager Usman helped me with an issue I was having with the Wi-Fi. He managed Great family friendly hotel apartments at a very convenient location with stores, pharmacies and restaurants nearby.

The room was big, spacious and super clean with all amenities - home from home if you like. The buffet was very good and fresh menu each day. Really enjoyed the variety of tea, coffee and all the food everyday. The location is wonderful , a short walk to the Emirates Mall and also plenty of supermarkets and small shops around the hotel. finally, the metro being just a 5 min walk away was super helpful. My family and I we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we are already planning for next year. I personally highly recommend this for your stay and i must mention that the staff were ALL, without exeption, super helpful, friendly and fast to assist always. I Thank the whole staff from the Cleaning team, to the receptionists, porters, Managers, kitchen staff, breakfast team, and Night Team (including Arnold's long lost son), for the wonderful welcome and very warm hospitality shown to my family and i throughout our stay!

Fantastic from start to finish , from first walking in the morning the staff were very accommodating and ready to get us checked in , after checking in we were amazed with how big and spacious our rooms were . One thing that stood was the multiple balconies we had access to with such amazing views . While our stay was broken up into two different times we were very very happy with the service and amazing cleaning staff from floor 2 and 4 . The facilties were also very good with complimentary towels in the swimming pool and also a very kind and helpful life guard. The pool top had a nice view of the burj Al Arab which was a very good picture opportunity . Both pools were very nice and warm and the deck chairs were nice and comfortable. The WiFi was also very good and convenient . The location was amazing for us as it was only a short walk from the emirates mall and a very quick walk to the metro station . There was also plenty of shops like opposite the al madina store with plenty of options of food drinks milkshakes and sharwarma and also a shop for shopping . All the staff were amazing especially the people from the night shift the night shift manager Arshad was very helpful with everything and waited for us till 4am for us to check in all the staff were nice and even took photos for us . The room was altogether very nice had a very nicely sized smart tv a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed like a fridge and washing machine which was easy to use . The bedrooms were spaces and in the master bedroom with bed was massive and very comfortable as were all the other beds . The bathrooms were all very clean and had everything we needed from soap to shampoo . The living was also very nice and had a dining table and storage unit for us with the sofa also being very comfortable and the ac of the whole apartment kept us cool in the Dubai heat altogether this apartment made our trip comfortable and made it feel like a second home would suggest to anyone.
